Matter Amplification: Marcus can increase the size of whatever he touches while allowing it to keep it's original shape and proportion. His power can affect both organic and inorganic things. The power used to gradually work but Marcus has gained the ability to charge an item with his power and instantly grow it later to the maximum his power would allow it on his command. Marcus amplification has cut off at about 5 times it's original size at the moment.

Energy Amplification: Marcus soon realized that his power could also amplify energy. Marcus can use this ability on himself or others and magnify the amount of energy that passes through what seems to be an red aura that he's placed on the body. He can choose where the aura is placed (Hands, feet, or entire body usually) and it increases the the energy and force exerted through it by five times a well. Marcus has learned to use this ability on himself most often and grant himself a form of pseudo super strength that he normally uses to with items affected by his power to throw and attack with. He can punch, kick, or jump higher as well. Even though it grants him this ability, his body has never had the super durability that goes along with usual super strength. This has led to Marcus hurting himself more than a few times trying to hit very heavy or dense objects.

This ability being the newest, it came along with it's own misfires and limitations that haven't been ironed out yet. Energy exerted through the aura can sometimes be completely diminished. Super charging someone (usually other than himself) can potentially over charge them with energy, overheating them if the energy isn't expended quickly, more often leading them to them to fainting or a general lack of controlling all the new found energy.

Marcus can now use his powers on multiple people at once and hold auras up for extended periods of time. Sadly, the amount of concentration needed to do so tends to wear him out and keep him out of the fight.

Personality: Marcus is a pretty laid back guy. He's a generally nice guy and tends to be really friendly. He keeps most big issues and worries to himself. While he seems fairly people smart, academics can more than often go right over his head but he's became fairly decent. Normally pretty reserved his playful and goofy side tends to unlock around class clowns and other silly people. First Impressions die hard for him and normally chooses whether he'll like you or not from the very go. He tends to have pretty high tolerance for most people, even those he dislikes, but once it's gone it seems his rage tends to have no bonds. He tends to have a neutral stand in most views and is generally, highly understanding.

Description: Marcus is about 5'11" with a somewhat even bigger build then he had from when he was younger. He has hazel eyes and a somewhat tanned complexion. His hair is dark brown and done up in a short and spikey sort of style. He tends to rock a mustache and goatee usually. His attire is typical gaming, named brand, or his college apparel and jeans.

Background: Marcus was born in Seattle, Washington. He had a typical life until his power awoke while working on his uncle's farm. He used his power fairly actively and on minor things in sports until a side effect of his power almost caused a family member to get caught in a explosion. Scared of his power the side effects of his power, it was time he Marcus attended the Xavier's Institute. Marcus spent the rest of his high school life in at the Xavier's Institute in New York. He trained in the X-men for awhile having got some training in weaponry (mainly Bo staff) and some basic hand to hand fighting. Not wanting to really leave due to the connections he made there, Marcus stayed in New York after graduating and soon found a college to attend. Once he graduated and the London Branch of XI opened Marcus was more than thrilled to get back out of the United States due to general discomfort with the country's mutant sentiment. He found himself a new college and is extremely enjoying Rugby.
