Oct 11th - Chasing Bookworms

Postby Sara Stanton » Fri Jul 03, 2009 12:30 pm

The library seemed like a good place to find Sara McDohl, so with Will in tow Sara heads in to see if they can find the shy girl.

The shy bookworm was indeed at the library, sitting alone at one of the tables. She turned the page of the book, nonchalantly...

After letting her eyes wander through the place Sara spots her sitting at the table and walks over to her.

The shy girl continues to read her book, fully aware of their presence. It was just not worth her bother at the moment.

She stopped mid turn of the page at hearing the boy's voice, and from the looks of it she began getting a bit of the shakes..

"Well of course I remember you...Willow...", her mind spoke to herself, but that mental process was not the only activity in her brain. She attempted to infiltrate Will's mind once again, pushing his female persona back to the forefront. Her body still stunned for a moment, she finally finishes turning the page.

Will resisted with all his might!

Which meant it took about five seconds for the shift to be forced upon him.

Blinking, she shook her head.

Not being stupid Sara figures what's going on pretty quickly as Will turns into Willow and reaches to slam the other Sara's book shut to shift her attention. "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

"Don't try to pull the wool over my eyes. I know exactly what you just did." The impulse to send the book flying across the room flashes through her mind but is quickly dismissed for the time being.

"I-I think you are mistaken..." She states, the look on her eyes something of fear of the current situation. "We are all here to study...", a hypnotic voice echoes through Sara and Willow's minds..

Sara blinks, looking confused for a moment. Until she catches sight of Willow that is, reminding her of why she's here. "Stop that." she states relatively calm.

"Stop what? We are all friends here...Just three girls studying for class..." The sweet voice continues. The girl, however, looks to her friend Willow. "How are you feeling today?"

"I'd say I know who my friends are and who aren't and people who turn my boyfriend into a bubbly girl don't qualify, I'm afraid." Placing both hands flat on the table she narrows her brow.

"Eh, I tried..", her voice echoed in Sara's head. "I did no such thing!" She exclaims for being blamed for something she didn't do. "I-I just pushed his personality a bit.." She continues without making eye contact with Ms. Evans. "She is dating a boy behind your back..", the hypnotic voice continued, this time in Willow's mind.

"What!? Oh now you're really pushing your luck, missy." Now the girl's book does go flying from the table and across the room as Sara smacks it away.

"I see...he is very protective of her...what a very good quality...", she thought to herself. Her mind pushed into Willow's for a moment attempting to have her shift into a small kitten, but at the same time, was telling Ms. Evans' mind that Willow has always been a kitten, her kitten..

THis was a little harder sell, as Will's never thought of himself as a kitten.

So, it takes about TWENTY seconds for Will to hold off the shift this time, before she starts mewing, trapped under her clothes.

Sara didn't realize that the clothes wouldn't shift with him, and quickly tries to tell Sara E. that she brought a spare set with her, and that the kitty buried herself.

Be it her general tendency to be protective of Will or the budding hints of a nurturing impulse, Sara's mind struggles much less against the suggestion, the helpless mewing coming from under the pile of clothes pretty much sealing the deal and she rushes over to carefuly untangle Will from them.

The tiny tabby purrs like crazy as Sara picks her up and tugs her out of the shirt sleeves.

"How'd you manage to get yourself tangled up like this, hmm? Clumsy Will." After freeing Will from his former shirt she lifts him up into her arms and scratches him behind his ears, looking at Sara with wary eyes. "She's... not too fond of strangers."

Will just purrs as Sara hits just the right spot behind his ears, and playfully bats at one a strand of her hair as she looks down.

The girl holds her hands out slightly to the small kitten. Not very close, but not very far away, trying to be as non-threatening as possible. "H-Hello, Will..." She says softly..

Sara carefully watched over the girl extending her hand, relaxing a bit as nothing happens aside from Will sniffing her fingers.

Will lightly bit SaraM's finger, like kittens are want to do, before licking it some....and then hissing at her, unexpectedly.

The girl blunk quickly, and backed away...feeling somewhat bad at what she was doing to these two. She moves over toward her book that was flung to the floor and releases her hypnotic charm on the two of them. She kneels down and picks up the book.
