Downtime Week 1 - Pretending to Work

[Sara Stanton]

"I've only felt a bit queasy and not actually sick. Besides, I don't get like that when I'm ill. Maybe everything that happened was just a little much afterall."

[Ayami Morita]

"Well, you should take it easy then--if you're not feeling good. Don't want any weird side effects from anything, right? Get yourself checked out," she said, with honest concern.

[Sara Stanton]

"It's not that bad. It's just been a weird week, really."

[Ayami Morita]

"For all of us," she nods. "Still, if there's anything I can do...I could give you a burst of good feelings, but you may not want me to do that unless Will's around again," she grinned.

[Sara Stanton]

"Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll pass on that for now."

[Ayami Morita]

"Hopefully it's nothing--but if you're still feeling bad in a few days, talk to someone, be it for your head or your body. Gotta make sure you're A-OK."

[Sara Stanton]

"It's fine, really. Besides, there's going to be an examination for X-Team members anyway."

[Ayami Morita]

"Oh? I wonder if that includes me..I was...um...unavilable for the last mission, but I guess I'm still a reserve..."

[Sara Stanton]

"Sure, I guess. Although I think it's supposed to be more of a physical though and to get some data on everyone's mutations. You're propably better off sticking to counseling for what happened."

[Ayami Morita]

"Well, if it's a physical, it turns out I DO have to actually phyically be somewhere if I want to do any good," she chuckled.

[Sara Stanton]

"I don't get it..."

[Ayami Morita]

"Never mind. Bad joke. American joke."

[Sara Stanton]

"Uh... okay. I just figured a physical propably wouldn't help with what's bothering you. Can't hurt to do it anyway, of course."
