Cal, new sniper rifle in hand, was poised at the top of a building, picking off the target figures walking down the street. Anyone approaching would find the door open, since the safeties were on and this was a pretty harmless target practice simulation.

There was a beep from the computer, indicating the end of this round. Cal slipped the rifle up on to the roof next to him, then rolled over, slowly so she could walk along his shoulder as he rolled. "That's more like it, my arms were starting to cramp up," he sighed, putting his hands behind his head. "So... what brings the fairy princess to my little passtime?"
