Sept. 28 and on - Rhi's room

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan laughed. "I like you. You keep me on my toes," he chuckled.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Ohh Ryan Gabriel likes me... Can you please write this in my diary for me?" Rhi winked at him grinning.

"I just be myself, if it works then it works. You're not so bad yourself."

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan grinned. "Sure, where can I find this diary? Is it a little pink one with flowers and a heart-shaped lock on it?" he teased.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"AS IF I am telling you where my diary is.. god, I'm not a total airhead!" Rhi sputtered indignantly.

"And no its not pink with flowers on it, geez. Do you have a Transformers lunch box?"

[Ryan Gabriel]

"It's a Batman lunch box, thank you very much," Ryan teased.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Well at least it wasn't Astro Boy." Rhi laughed back at him. "That kid just creeps me out - what was that thing with his butt any ways?"

[Ryan Gabriel]

"And now we head into references that go over my head."

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Our Dad was a little into the retro 'toons, we couldn't really escape it when he was home." Rhi laughed.

"Good to know I have something over you."

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan grinned. "I bow to your superior knowledge of obscure cartoons," he teased.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"On your knees boy."

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan smirked. "Wait until you're feeling better for that," he teased.

"Promises, promises. I should write these all down, except for the fact that, you know, I can't write."

Having hurried to get through everything else he'd needed to get done for the day, Ryan knocked on Rhi's door, glad to have made it before she was discharged.

Rhi was sitting on the edge of her bed staring at a vase of yellow flowers that had arrived first thing that morning. She grinned as she looked up to Ryan in the doorway, her arm still wrapped around her waist gingerly.

"So flyboy, you going to help a girl stand up for the first time in forever?"

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan chuckled. "If I didn't know how good it felt to take that first step after being wired to the bed, I'd say that I was just going to carry you back to your room," he said, reaching under her good shoulder to support her.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"I'm sure I can find another opportunity to have you carry me, I'm a smart girl." Rhi smiled and pushed herself off from the bed carefully, pulling a face.

"My legs aren't damaged, its just this whole insides being all bruised and stuff. No matter how awesome the healers are they seemed to think that natural healing was the best thing."

[Ryan Gabriel]

"And that would be why I'm here to make sure you don't do anything to hurt yourself more," Ryan teased, slipping his arm around her waist to support her while they walked.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Jayda is going to spew when she finds out I left before she came to get me. She's been pretty much glued to my room bar for a few times when I forced her out.." Rhi grinned and planted a kiss on Ryan's cheek.

"My other visitor was much more exciting to have around, though how he knew when to come is beyond me..."

[Ryan Gabriel]

"And that will remain a mystery, since the mistery is part of my charm," Ryan said, teasing, as he kissed her cheek in return.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"And here I was thinking it was the bat signal."

Rhi raised her bruised arm up with only the slightest of wince's, her hand on his cheek pulling his lips towards her own the newly reknit wrist protesting but she bit back the squeak of pain, making a mental note not to push her body to hard. She kissed him thoroughly then lent back with a smile.

Ryan kissed her, for a moment just enjoying the kiss. But he could, unfortunately, tell that yes, it hurt her, what she'd just done. He wasn't going to call her on it, though, he decided.

"Let's get you back... and then anything the princess wants, her angel gets her, okay?" he said, a teasing smile on his face.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"So what are you going to do while I keep my angel busy? Will you make us cups of tea?" Rhi grinned, squashing the thought that he hadn't been there, focusing on the fact he was now.

"I like the sound of this 'hers' business though, accidental phrasing perhaps but I'll take it."

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan grinned. "And the princess must be feeling better today, because she's just as bratty as before," he teased, helping her toward the door, keeping his arm around her just in case her balance wasn't all there yet.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Lets face it, its half the charm. Why else would you pay attention to the youngling with the damaged goods?"

[Ryan Gabriel]

"Okay, I hate to break it to you? But you'd be hard pressed to find anyone in this place who wasn't damaged goods," Ryan pointed out.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Jayda doesn't have a single bruise on her." Rhi pointed out.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"Okay, the people with weird healing factors might not. But still, the rest of us normals do."

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"Actually she can't heal, takes her ages. She'd bleed out before she clots or something like that." Rhi said with a half shrug.

"Normals.. this is the only place a winged guy would be considered normal."

[Ryan Gabriel]

"I'm not normal, I'm the ideal," Ryan teased, not at all serious, as they made their way into the hall.

[Rhiannon Nightridge]

"The ideal huh? Ideal what exactly?"

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan shrugged. "Just name it," he said, grinning as they made their way out toward the dorms.
