"Correct. You deal with it and move on, don't let it weigh you down for the rest of the mission and put other people in danger." She glanced briefly at Con though whether in admonishment or not was unobvious.

"It would be stupid to ignore a distraction but you can't let it beat you. Distractions kill."

"That's Enough!" Con said as he hauled himself out of his seat.

"Yes, Nina's in a coma, and yes, it was my decision that put here there. I'll account for that.

It's not why I'm leaving the program. Shit like is is. Anyone would think you were all still in kindergarten.

She let out a deep sigh as she listened to the others argue. One person had made her point exactly so it wasn't her room to say much else on it all. When Con spoke, she glanced ovet at him. She was still a little surprised he was going to resign, regardless of the situation.

"I have only two things to say here."

He looked to Jayda. "This is not a military unit and anyone expecting it to function as one, especially this quickly, is foolish at best."

Then to Con. "And please, for all of our sakes, stop acting like you're the only rational adult in the room. Get over yourself and this will all go much smoother."

Jayda rolled her eyes at Con, it was exactly why she had a problem with him being team leader to start with. She nodded at Sergei's words, she agreed with him to be honest and didn't expect them to be perfect. Though she did expect them to act like adults.

Marcus leaned back in his chair, wondering when the debriefing was going to be over. It looked like Team 6 would need two new members now.

"It's pretty obvious we have a long way to go with our teams, here.. but it's better we get any problems out now, before we go out on a mission again. I think we should spend some time on maintaining focus while out on a mission- distraction and bad decisions seemed to be the biggest problems we had."

Bear took a seat, content to discuss things further with her team, in private.

"Along with threatening our own team members worrying about our enemies.." Marcus muttered under his breath, but close enough to Bear that she probably heard it.

Rick rolled his eyes at some of the proceedings, mostly the bickering, but didn't really have anything to contribute.

Zach just kept to the back. His face holding an indifferent expression. Of course, the bickering bothered him as well and he was fairly glad Team 4's ended up nothing like the other teams'.

"If I may butt in here a second, Jubilee.

Some of this bickering can be healthy--a stress release. But it just means, to me, that there's a lot of tension in this room. Everyone needs to understand that not everyone here is going to share the same opinions--everyone's going to have their own ideas on how to run a team. So, rant, rage, smash things in the danger room--but, at the end of the day, realize that these ARE your teammates, and we're all working together for the same ends."

Huh. Everyone in here was either trying to make an overarcing comment or take shots at Team Six. Merle took a look around the room and saw a lot of people relaxing, bored, or unable to helpfully contribute.

He promptly joined them.

"Ok." Jubilee said, taking the floor "It sounds like everyone has a pretty good idea of where things went wrong. I'm very, very disappointed in the lack of coordination, and communication between team members and between teams. Now, the question is what we are going to do in the future. First of all, Flowstone, Champion, Trauma-pack, Victoria and Conduit are suspended from active team operations for the period of one month. If you stay on the X-teams, you will be expected to report for training. Second, once everyone on a team is fit for duty, that team will report to the Danger Room for a training session. Once that is done, I'm going to reshuffle the teams a bit, which I hope will give us our permanent teams. Any questions?"

Victoria blinked. "What?" she hissed, though only loud enough for Rachel to hear. She wasn't about to start the scene up again when she could just wait to have it out with Jubilee once everyone was leaving.

Will blinked in a bit of shock, but this wasn't his place to speak up. Honestly, taking Sara off the teams while she coped with murder was probably for the best, though he would have phrased it differently.

He couldn't help but grin a little when Champion's name was mentioned, though.

"Ok" Jubilee said after waiting for questions for a few minutes "I'll be glad to talk to people about this in private. Right now, I want everyone to relax and get some rest, since classes re-start for you tomorrow. You'll be getting emails with your scheduled DR times within the week. Thats it for now, and I hope to see you all later."
