Lillian would, in her frantic kitteny scouting, see that there were a couple more drones rolling along at a leisurely pace between them and (dah dah daaaahhhhhh) the door. And right over it was a turret that didn't seem inclined to fire at anyone... at least not as long as the drones weren't telling it that there was something to fire at.
The snipers appeared to not have a good shot at the kids anymore, giving them a bit of a reprieve. The drone was trailing sparks as it rolled away, its camera shattered. The turret Marcy had fired at was still trying to fire, but with an arrow jammed into its barrel, it was just sort of oozing paint out the end.
This all, of course, depended on the kids avoiding the last cameras to give away their locations.
