Roland's Puzzle Challenge #8: Blame Barrin

Up until recently maintained as a museum, the childhood home of the Braddock family has been pressed into service as additional housing and classroom space for the Institute. Additionally, the increased demands have led to the main ballroom being converted into a cafeteria for both the Institute and those University students on a meal plan. Student reactions have been mixed, and reports of paranormal activity are as of yet unsubstantiated.

Roland's Puzzle Challenge #8 -- Piet de Resistance
Difficulty -- Impossible
Google allowed? -- Most definitely

((You can all blame Barrin for this one -- she wanted an impossible one. I can't take credit for it either; while I modified this one slightly, I had to stick pretty closely to a pre-existing puzzle, or risk screwing it up. Pretty sure I got it right, though. Pretty sure.))

No instructions. No hints ((..yet)). No guidance. Just some pretty colors, and some words.

"That's Piet Visual Programming." Ashlie cheerfully points out. "The small ones are three, two, input required, one, input required, two, four, input required and input required. The large one also asks for input."

"The colors indicate steps in a program. They're pretty bad programs though. All they do is loop."

((Note: Because this one is so fiendishly difficult, I'll take one question per person every 24 hours. Only one, though, so make it count))

((QUESTION ANSWERED: At some point, you will have to combine some and/or all of the small programs to advance the solution. While it IS brute forcible, I don't recommend it, as there exists clues to help you figure that bit out.))
