Con had spent the duration of the drive over assembling the contents of the gun case, getting out of the van with a large tactical crossbow slung over his back.

Bear stepped out, Taking a few steps towards the building.

"I think we should split up into two groups.. One moves in from above, the others through the front door."

"lt Individually, they are likely as strong, if not stronger than us. Splitting up only plays to that advantage, and would also limit Amp's effectiveness. If it's big enough inside, I'll go aerial, otherwise we stay together. Unless..."

Con activated his nightvision, using the infrared to scan for heatsignatures in the building.

"Even if anything shows up, we'll need to be sure it's vamps, not captives. I don't know for certain if they'll show up on infrared."

Con continued his scan, gathering all the data he could. If any heat sources did show up, he check them for movement, seeing if they had free reign of the building, or any other clues that might differentiate between vampires and captives.

Jayda stepped out of a shadow beside the van, her eyes scanning the outside of the building.

"Tactics one-oh-one is divide and conquer but this is recon.. I will assume that no matter how small the risk that you won't be happy if I do a quick shadow scout before we all enter.." Jayda directed this comment to Con then considered the situation for a moment. "... but we could move in through the doors, walking straight into anyone waiting on the other side or we could appear anywhere inside using an Amp/Dominion power combo. Remember I can see out the other side as if its an open doorway."

Con had the right idea and they should at least wait for an intial scan of the place. "I'd prefer to stay in a group. I'm glad though I can help any of you if we were to get split up so if that happens, it should be fine." He nodded, not minding either or.

"Do we even have a way to detain captive vampires if we caught them?" He asked, glancing around the van. "With the night vision goggles and the place being pitch black, I think Jayda has a good idea. Me and her could get the drop on a lot of vampires and deliver them pretty quickly. Not that we still can't do that as a group either while you two bust some heads."

"Jublilee, can you set up the Danger Room as a temporay holding cell?"

Bear nodded. Scouting ahead was a good idea.

"Okay, Conduit does an initial look around for heat signatures, then you two go in? Sounds good. Conduit and I will play knock out, it looks like."

Bear also got a bit of an evil grin on her face, totally out of character. >)

"And great idea with the DR, Con."

Jayda nodded her head and gave Marcus a cheeky grin.

"I think that makes sense, Amp and I can basically do a step in and grab - with his amplification I can hit just about anywhere we need to. The two of us can try and subdue any that get isolated from the others and take them where they need to go." Jayda chewed her lip for a moment.

"How many do we want in containment?"

He smirked at Jayda. "I guess that depends on just how many are in there. We should be able to get in quick, grab them by surprise, and bring them out here to be TKO'd." He nodded then just waited to hear how many people were inside if any. "We can do the same if there's captives too. Vampires won't know what hit them."

He was feeling pretty confident about how this mission would go.

Con's scan of the building would not reveal any heat signatures that looked human-shaped. There were also no sounds or light coming out of the building.

"Yep, with a tap from Amp I can go just about anywhere in the country so long as there's a shadow." Jayda nodded. "Whatever is touching me can come too."

"Alright, Dominion can find those. I'll let you know if anything gets dropped off." Con replied to Jubilee before addressing the team.

"There's nothing showing on thermal, it might be empty, it might be they don't show up, being what they are, or it might be they've got thermal shielding in place.

Either we go in together. If we do find any vamps, Closer and I will give the two of you cover to make a snatch and dump. We'll do evidence retrieval after we've secured the building, I don't want vamps sneaking up on us."

"One last thing.."

Bear took out one of her spy balls, and threw it with perfect accuracy to an overhang off the roof.

Once it attached itself, it unfolded, exposeing a variety of sensors and scanners.

"That will let us know if anything approaches the building from the outside, and it has a few sensor sweeps pointing towards the inside, as well.."

Bear fiddled with a few buttons on her forearm control module, giving her team a thumbs up once eveything was ready.

He reached over and placed a hand on Jayda's shoulder. A red aura suddenly flickered to life around her body and glowed brightly. "You're all set. Just let me know if you want me to come along Dominion."

"If there are vamps in there, and they are awake, they probably know we're coming. Let's not alert them unnecessarily, but if they're expecting us, a few diversionary flash bangs into an upper room wouldn't go amiss. Might give them something to think about at least." Con added to Jayda.

Con gave Bear a faint smile, wondering if she'd actually been listening to him.

"Like I said, if we happen to catch them napping, no need to wake them up unneccesarily. However, if there are vamps there, and they are ready for us, scouting is likely to be the last thing on our minds."

"Right, got it. Stealth mode, flash bangs only if necessary."

"Right." Con said, agreeing with both Bear and Jayda. "But we can only scout if there aren't vamps waiting for us." Pulling the already cocked TAC-15 over his shoulder, he loaded it and held it in a one handed ready position.

Jayda nodded, shaking off the thoughts she had and stepping up to Amp. Pulling her handgun from the holster she signaled that she was ready, her eyes already losing focus as they searched the shadow-doorways before her.

Bear quietly placed another spy ball in an inconspicuous location to monitor the ground floor, keeping an eye on her teammates as they moved on silently.

Now that they were inside, and thus inside the blackout curtains, Con did another thermal scan, looking for any heat sources both on the upper floors and below them. Whilst it wasn't neccessarily likely they'd fixed the curtains to block heat too, it was possible.

There was no basement. Constantine would notice a very faint heat signature coming from one of the rooms in the floor above them. The area they were in now would appear to be a sparsely furnished lobby and storage area.

Jayda nodded and her eyes shifted to sable as she looked for the shadow into the room above.

Jayda would get quite an eyeful, as the only occupant of the room was a young female vampire who was sleeping naked on the bed in one of the bedrooms in the flat that took up the floor above them, by coincidence the same bed that Ryan had been tied to.
