Now, normally, an adult man in a car would by far outpace a bunch of high school students on foot.

However, when the car in question is a Trabant, and the man in question is a character on a comic-themed RPG board, he couldn't get too far ahead.

Thus, some of the quicker students would be there when the Trabant shambled to a stop (just outside, Cal would notice, of camera range), and Roland stepped out, pulling a skimask over his face and removing the long, thin parcel from the passenger's seat.

The other two men seemed to know him, and they exchanged quick grunts of greeting -- presumably, at least, as they weren't in English.

Mercy is an extremely gothy and dramatic flyer, a blot of black and dark eldrich power against the sky. So she's not stealthy at all... if anyone bothers to look up. However, people rarely look up. So she just soars toward the docks, looking down with great interest at the 'transaction' or whatever it is, hoping that no one will look up.

Roland seemed to be saying SOMETHING along the lines of

"Remember The chest is our first priority -. Everything else is second to that authorities can be treated This could be our last chance to get back in one piece, and not going to let anything be our derail .. this time. Clearly? "

And the other guy said something like

"Yes, Bion. Follow you in all things."

And that's when Regan started screwing everything up.

Roland whirled, and the other two men reached for something at their hips, before Roland stuck one hand out, stopping them.

"Miss Rourke. I need you to turn around and leave. Now."

Theresa takes a deep breath, slipping completely behind cover and reaching out to the clouds and trying to force them to build. If she were more practiced, it might happen subtly, but she's not that good. As it is, the effort alone causes her head to start to pound whether anything actually happens or not.

He touched a metal barrel, syncing to its particular steel alloy and making an opening sufficient for him to see that yes, it was empty. quietly as he could, he started looking for more empty barrels among the group of barrels he was crouched behind.

"Down!" he shouted, and all three men headed for pillars to get behind.
