Issue 11: Fly Me To the Moon.

[Chloe Grant]

Chloe had decided to go into town, and flying was easier than a bus, and cheaper than a cab. She landed in a alley near the Rose and Crown, so that she could shift back to human form, and slip on the dress that she had put there for just such occasions.

[Narrator]

The dress did not appear to be where she left it.

[Chloe Grant]

"Bugger." Chloe said, looking around for the rucksack "I hope someone didn't take it."

[Narrator]

Deeper in the alleyway, she could see one of the straps of the rucksack hanging out.

[Chloe Grant]

Naturally, she went over to investigate. And hopefully find her dress, so she didn't have to go inside just wearing her training uniform.

[Narrator]

The rucksack was carelessly lain on the pavement where the alley made a T behind two buildings. It looked like it had been emptied.

[Chloe Grant]

Chloe bent down to pick it up "Bugger." she muttered.

[Narrator]

Further down the smaller alleyway that intersected with this one, her dress hung almost like a flag from a fire escape.

[Chloe Grant]

"Bloody wankers." Chloe said, as she shifted back into bird form, and flew up to grab her dress.

[Narrator]

And thus distracted, she didn't see a small feathered dart sailing her way.

[Chloe Grant]

"ooooohhh buuuugeeeeerrrrrrrr" Chloe squawked as she fell to the ground.
