We're Painting The Roses Red

The Estate's meticulously kept gardens, including a hedgemaze that students have occasionally described as "sadistic" and a sizeable rose garden. Benches in shaded spots are plentiful, and the gardens are popular to study in on pleasant days.

"Yeah, the dorms aren't exactly spacious. The alternative is living next door to the professors, which is... odd sometimes."

"I'll pass on that for now. We'll see how things go with my roommates this year, but I'm not overly worried about that. Being around the professors would just be too strange."
