Power: Okay, this power is sorta confusing so I will explain to the best of my abilities? His brain/nervous system works on a much higher level than most human beings, but only in two ways. The first way is that his nerves can send and receive impulses more quickly than a normal human, this allows his body to communicate with itself on a faster pace than normal. That part leads into this next part, which is enhancing his reaction time(this is the portion that requires skill to control). There are times when people say the world slows down around them as adrenaline pumps through their body, as if the world was standing still. He can activate an ability to boost his reaction time into overdrive, giving him this view on the world whenever it is active. This, combined with physical fitness, allows him to react with almost unnatural speed since he sees everything around him at a slower pace. The more concentrated he is, the slower it can be(up to a certain point).

Personality: He is normally a serious person, and doesn't really see the point in talking when it is not needed. He tends to communicate through body language and actions if at all possible, but he will talk if the situation calls for it. Underneath his stoic demeanor is someone who will fight to protect those he cares about, though it takes time to actually make him care about you. He tends to take great pride in the things that he makes.

Description: He is a tall guy, standing at about 6 feet, and is in very good shape. He tends to wear a variant of construction boots that he made himself, steel toed and altered to be more flexible and allow greater movement. As for other clothing? He likes to wear cargo pants, a sweatshirt if it wont be too hot(otherwise a button down shirt), and a trench coat which he will want to wear at all times, even during fighting. Couple with his size, trench coat, and hat, he can also be seen with a fedora on his head.

Background: He comes from a family of shoe makers, who made any shoe the customer ordered. At first he learned this trade and therefore can make a pretty darn good shoe. He never talked much as a kid, so he would have been picked on, and one day a fight made him realize his power. He kept what happened a secret and eventually sought on the school on his own accord so that he could learn to use this power.

As a player who has tried to portray a stoic character (this one) and has had issues with writing emotional dialogue, I'd advise being careful to not carry that aspect of his personality too far. It made interaction an unnecessary challenge.

I'm gonna go ahead and give this Approval 1/2. It's a very interesting take on a basic superspeed type power set, with plenty of potential for things not working as he hoped.

There's always that worry with silent-y characters, but hey, if it doesn't work, you can always have him open up later
