Haley scowled as she stormed through the halls, an ice pack clutched to her head. She came to her door, and fumbled with her keys with one hand before just growling and blasting a hole through the lock, and shoving the door open.

"That crazy BITCH," she grumbled, going into her room, flopping down on the bed and violently slamming her door with her tk, putting a crack in the frame.

Haley laid there, fuming for a while until she pulled it her phone. She updated her status on all her profiles to a profound "SRSLY, FUCK EVERYTHING" and started flipping through her phone's address book. She settled on her friend from far away. Maybe HE could calm her down, since talking to Alex at this point would probably just remind her of that bitch.

There was a moment pause, then her phone rang. "Hey, sexy," Paul said, his smile evident. "So... what can I do to make my favorite little X-Man feel better?"

"I dunno." she smiled wearily. "just getting to vent helps, so that's something already."

[Paul Valmont]

"Well, it's good to be useful, then," he said.

He hesitated a moment. "So, uh... is everything okay there except axe-crazy bitches to watch out for?"

[Haley Crusek]

"Yeah. It's pretty cool. Teachers seem okay. Not really enough people to hang with...roommates and I have like nothing in common. What about you?"

[Paul Valmont]

Paul was quiet for a moment. "Want a funny story?"

[Haley Crusek]

"yes please,"

[Paul Valmont]

"So... okay. One of my buddies got a detention. And he was kind of pissed because classes haven't even started yet, so we figured 'hey, let's get them back for it.' And... so we figured the best person to get even with would be the headmistress, right?"

[Haley Crusek]

"Isn't...your headmistress like telepathic or something?"

[Paul Valmont]

"Yeah, something like that," he said evasively. "So... we waited until she was in her office for the day, then I opened a door into her apartment, and we... well, we sort of took her underwear and put it on all the skeletons in the biology lab."

[Haley Crusek]

Haley practically cackled, "Oh holy shit. Does she know yet?"

[Paul Valmont]

"Ah... yeah. She knows. She knows reeeeeally bad. So... in other news, did you know that the Academy keeps an eye on where teleporters are at all times?"

[Haley Crusek]

"Well fuck. That blows," she frowned, putting two and two together. "how the hell am I gonna see you now?"

[Paul Valmont]

"That would depend on how much sweet talking my parents have to do to get me enrolled fast there now that the Academy gave me until Friday to have my stuff packed and be out the door."

[Haley Crusek]

"Really?" she asked excitedly. "Holy shit, that's awesome!"

[Paul Valmont]

"Yeah, says the one who didn't just have to explain to their parents that they got expelled for breaking into the headmistress's bedroom," he chuckled.

Haley giggled, "Well your stupidity is now helping you come to an awesome school with your facorite Texan,"

[Paul Valmont]

"That did occur to me," he admitted, chuckling a little. "Guess you're going to need to show me around, huh? Gonna miss this place, though. maybe some of my friends will get found out and expelled too and need to follow."

[Haley Crusek]

"This place does need more cool kids," she nodded, grinning.

[Paul Valmont]

"So do I need to pack a football helmet in case I smile at the wrong person?" he joked.

[Haley Crusek]

"You're a dude so you may be safe," she chuckled.

[Paul Valmont]

"Well that's not fair. What's a guy gotta do to get attacked, geez."

[Haley Crusek]

"I'll beat your ass for you if you need someone too that badly," she grinned.

"Keep me posted on this whole 'I might be an Xavier's kid' dude. I need to sleep off this headache for now. Thanks for letting me vent,"

"Hey, no problem, babe," he said. "Hope you feel better tomorrow."
