Power: Chameleon pigmentation – Victoria is able to consciously change her skin, hair, and eye color to whatever she wishes them to be. She can use this to take on natural human colorations, any exotic coloration she wishes, or to blend into any background by taking on the color of whatever is behind her.

Insensitive nerves - Victoria only feels sensations about half as strongly (at best) as anyone else would. This means that she will only get half as hot or cold, or feel half as much pain as another person would in a given situation. It also means, though, that she is unable to feel normal touches as strongly as other people, her skin usually feeling somewhat numbed relative to what other people would feel. This insensitivity only extends to her sense of touch.

Non-power abilities: Hyper observation – Victoria was trained to notice and analyze the most subtle details about any location or person with remarkable accuracy.

Victoria’s mother also taught her to be good with a whip. ‘Nuff said.

Personality: Victoria can be friendly to her friends, but has a tendency to come off as a bit rough around the edges to those she just meets. She is extremely sarcastic, something which has helped her obtain the same sort of “queen bitch” reputation that her mother used to have. She can be a rather scary person to piss off, but she isn’t an unpleasant person.

Description: Victoria is slim and lightly built, with a very feminine figure that she plays up with her clothing. In her natural state, she has completely snow-white skin and hair, with green eyes. When she isn’t pretending to look different with her power, she tends to wear a lot of black to play up her colorless skin.

Background: Victoria is the daughter of Rebecca Valentine, as far as she is aware. She doesn’t remember anything at all from before she was five, but since then she’s lived a rather widely-traveled life, traveling the globe with her mother and receiving education at several different schools over the world. As such, she can speak conversational French and Japanese, and is passingly familiar with a handful of others.

In truth, Victoria is a slightly modified clone of Becca, made from a sample of Becca’s DNA (with the X-Gene modified) that was taken while she was being held in the slave pens of Madripoor. Becca discovered it a short while later, when she was awakened from artificial aging, which brought her to the age of five in a few short months. Becca took the girl and, keeping the ‘clone’ part secret by leaving the details of Victoria’s fatherhood incredibly vague, raised the girl as her own until she was old enough to send to college at the newly opened London branch of the Xavier Institute.

Jut curious about the hyper senses thing. Does she notice body language and interpret it? Or is it just pure detail noticing and memory?

She isn't infallible, but yes, she can read body language and behavior. Think Sherlock Holmes. She can take the odd tiny details and put them together with generally accurate results.
