Rachel was wearing something short, black and tight, leaning against the bar at a angle calculated to give the young man she was talking to a good look down the front of her dress. "Really, you don't say...." she said, chuckling.

Well, what was this now. Ryan glared at the people who stared silently at him at his entrance, and they promptly turned their gazes aside, forcing themselves back into nervous conversation. He stared across the room at Rachel, arms folded across his chest as he watched her antics with a completely unamused expression.

That bitch. He scowled as he made his way around the outskirts of the room, until he was fairly assured that he couldn't be seen by the one that was flirting with her- with HIS woman, the low-gene scum. This wouldn't be pretty... but oh, he was going to enjoy putting this one in his place...

She didn't acknowledge his presence, beyond a slight, sly smile, although every nerve quivered with awareness of his presence "Maybe another drink, while I think about it." she continued.

And that was when Ryan grabbed the idiot by the back of the neck. "That would be my girl you're talking to," he growled, starting to haul the guy to his feet, his fingers glowing white hot as they singed the man's skin.

Ryan growled, throwing the man to the ground, sparing an angry glare at Rachel. "You touched what is mine. And now you're cowering like the scum you are. Beg. For. Forgiveness," he said in a low, dangerously calm voice.

Ryan sneered. "Really? You're fast, eh? All right... outrun this." And with that, he pressed his hand to the man's chest, drawing an agonized scream from him as his chest, under the press of Ryan's energy, began to turn to cinders.

Ryan's eyes, blazing with fury, locked on Rachel. Unceremoniously, he grabbed the front of her shirt, yanking her off the stool and into his arms where he kissed her fiercely, possessively, her shirt twisted into his fist immodestly between them.

He finally tore himself away from the kiss, looking defiantly around the room at the horrified faces. "Does anyone else want to try their luck! Anyone!" He didn't expect answers, but he let the silence sink in. "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO THOSE WHO CROSS ME! Clean this mess up!"

As some timid onlookers went to pull the charred body from the floor and get rid of it, he turned his cold gaze to Rachel. "And you," he growled quietly, "You know what happens to you."

He looked coolly down at her with an icy gaze, considering what he said. He brushed his knuckles slowly down her cheek, his eyes fixed on hers as his fingers slid over her throat, then to the back of her head... where they twisted tightly, even painfully into her hair, holding her head firmly in place by the hair. "Yes... you do mean it, don't you."

He pulled her up, his hand pulling her head just slowly enough that she could hurry and stand to keep from getting pulled over. He kissed her fiercely, possessively, as he ran a finger down her throat, growing hotter as it moved until it was enough to sting. He started very slowly burning her clothes off in a straight line down from her throat, sure that she could feel the heat, but also sure that it wasn't enough to REALLY hurt her.

He let out a low, pleased growl as his hand, still hot from burning off her clothes, roamed over her body under the now useless clothes. He bit her shoulder as his fingers stung beneath her open blouse, sliding lower as his lips slid up to her ear. "You know what comes next, don't you," he murmured.
