The darkness was both her shield and her curse. His wild, random swinging meant that so long as she remained out of reach and out of sight, he was going to likely do more damage to the walls than to her. However, once she started firing, she'd be lighting up the room again, giving him light enough, even briefly, to find her.
Given his strength and tenacity, the question was how to take him down without giving her position away completely? Of course, the darkness did her no favors as well. She wasn't completely blind, since if she focused she could sense where he was through the electrical impulses of his body; even then, it was just enough to know where he was, not what he was doing beyond the grunts he gave while trying to find her. Otherwise, she was just a blind as he was.
So, the idea was to keep him confused about her exact location.
With that, she 'felt' out the electrical pathways in the area. But this time, instead of channeling the power through her, she drew the power out through the various access points. Surges jumped from outlets and light sockets, pummeling her target from various directions staggered moments apart. Most were merely annoying, though some packed a wallop. The room was lit in a strobe effect, and Meg kept moving, adding her own bolts often at the same time, from various heights.
