You're a good looking guy and all, but I sleep just a few feet away from your ex, and really, this is the first really lengthy conversation I've ever had with you alone."

Her eyes flashed yellow as she took a sip of her drink while gazing across the table to him. "But I'll give you this....I suppose under the right circumstances, something could happen."

"It's gotten better, certainly," she smiled. "Between not having a room my first day, and nearly mauling Gabriel's women on pretty much my first day? yeah, I was pretty worried too. I, much to my dismay, have continued to meet friends by nearly mauling them, though. Fellow werewolf Murphy, the spider guy...Jordan. Lord knows who else I'll try to bite, claw or chase," she laughed.

"And then there's you. Whom I met while you were inside my roommate. I'm starting to wonder if I'm capable of meeting anyone under normal circumstances."
