Powers: Phaedra has the ability to use photos that she took herself as a 'window' of sorts to look through, getting an up to date view of what's in the picture in real-time that plays to her like a video. She basically uses the photos as sort of a focal point for her Psychometry. It works on digital images as well as old-fashioned ones, but curiously enough not on video footage. It's possible that it's more the fact that she 'imprinted' the location and field of view and not so much the photo itself but no one bothered to test that or explain the possibility to her.
(Just a possibility for power development. If she learned to do that she'd be limited in the number of 'views')
No one but her sees the picture animate since it's a purely psychic ability.

Description: She's an attractive young woman with black hair that falls openly past her shoulders and dark green eyes. She usually dresses rather plainly but prim and proper, preferring dresses, if only out of habit. On her wrist is a black tattoo of wings, courtesy of Ryan. (see her history below)

Personality: Phaedra's usually acts rather demurely out of a habit of spending 25 years in a world where you better be able to back up your words with actions. She's still a little shellshocked by dropping through dimensions and it'll probably take her a while to built enough trust towards the people she (not really) knows to even think about speaking up for herself. That's not to say she'd blindly do as told, she's just having a hard time believing she doesn't have to be afraid of most people anymore.

History: Phaedra's parents were neither rich nor had they any particularly powerful mutations, so she was never very well off in her own universe. She used to be 'employed' by that Universe's Ryan until The Ladies decided she had to go. She was passed off to Rebecca Valentine who indebted her further by paying for her education.
