Taliesin's Room - Safehouse

[Sara Stanton]

"Stop! I don't want to hear that!"

[Taliesin]

"Did you know Bear prefers me lavender scented?

...OK, that last one isn't particularly relevant."

[Sara Stanton]

"Anything else you wanna tell me about how everyone knows you better than I do?" she asks, exaggerating the situation in her head and clearly upset.

[Taliesin]

"Only this--they don't have to."

[Sara Stanton]

"Is that it? Is that how you want to force me to change him!?"

[Taliesin]

Yes. I want you to become an expert," he admitted.

[Sara Stanton]

"That's not fair!"

[Taliesin]

"Look around. LIFE isn't fair."

[Sara Stanton]

To that Sara doesn't have an answer and just stands there, looking miserable.

[Taliesin]

"Look, I'm sorry," Will said, walking over. "I don't like hurting you. It is probably the last thing on Earth I want to do...

But the fact is, left to his own devices..."

[Sara Stanton]

"You hate him a lot for letting me die, don't you?"

[Taliesin]

"...yes. Yes I do. I hated myself for a long time, but Robin helped me out of it. But then I see him...I would do anything to prevent that from happening. I'd go back and take his place, if I had to.

And for not stopping the assassination of the princess, which led to most of this, but that I could let him slide on, as she's nowhere near as important as you."

[Sara Stanton]

"The Princess? That's what led to this? That is what we should try to change then!"

[Taliesin]

"IF you can get back. And IF it isn't one of those fated things.

But, yes, by all means, take a crack at it if you get back. Maybe just send a different team, as they shut me down QUITE effectively."

[Sara Stanton]

"Damn right we'll take a crack at it!"

[Taliesin]

"That's my girl," Will smiled, leaning in to give her a peck on the cheek.

[Sara Stanton]

"Yeah well if there's no humans hunting us down then I don't need to change you and we save a lot more people than just me."

[Taliesin]

"You're really pushing back strong against the idea, huh," he sighed.

[Sara Stanton]

"I'm certainly not promising anything until I've talked to him."

[Taliesin]

"That's fair enough, I suppose.


...I should talk to him, too."

[Sara Stanton]

"You probably should, yeah..."

[Taliesin]

"What's say...my bed, about 2 o'clock this morning?" he said, betraying the joke with the slightest of grins.

[Sara Stanton]

"Oh ha ha." she smiles weakly, slapping Will's shoulder.

[Taliesin]

Will shifted into Willow as she stayed close. "Why, you could have both at the same time.

I could teach the two of you a couple tricks," she said, still smiling.

[Sara Stanton]

"I can't even imagine how weird that would be..."

[Taliesin]

"You don't have to imagine," she laughed, trying to keep up a husky voice and failing at the sheer absurdity.

[Sara Stanton]

"Yeah right." she chuckles.

[Taliesin]

"Well...you know where I live," she whispered, nibbling just a tad on Sara's ear. "If you change your mind."

[Sara Stanton]

Sara just smiles awkwardly.

"I better go and see if the younger you managed to get himself into trouble yet." she jokes. For the most part.

[Taliesin]

"That didn't sound like a no," she whispered, before stepping back.

"Make sure he didn't break anything, will you?"
