"Be ready to move. I just want you to try to take a shape that'll make a natural breakwall for anyone charging us. Big and durable, that's my only requirement. Beyond that, let your imagination go crazy."

He stopped the group while they were still under cover, but able to see the hospital. "Nita, can you feel whether or not we have a good entry point at any of the windows?"

"Give me a sec."

Anita steps behind cover, and closes her eyes. She shivers, her breathing accelerates a little.

She opens her eyes a few moments later. "Front door is mined, back door has a guard sitting in a chair behind the door. Some humans huddled up on the third floor, skrulls roaming around. Our best bet is the roof, or a window on the second floor. They spread broken glass around under the windows on the first."

Anita smiles. "If we want to be quiet about it anyway. Back door is good for the guns blazing approach."

Ryan smirked. "I prefer for only our guns to be blazing. Roof it is. Everyone up to... well, as high in this building as you can get," he said, referring to the office building they were using for cover. "I'll air-lift everyone onto the roof from there."

"I can probably climb it if it'll take too long to ferry, but I don't weigh much either so.." she shrugs and starts up the current building.

"It's times like this I wish I understood how flying works. Unless someone is pretty good with a hangglider, I'll need a lift, too" Will said as he climbed the building.

Anita recites what she knows between grunts as she quickly and deftly climbs the structure. "Aliens, shapeshifters, can sometimes steal powers, at war with the Shi'ar, usually pretty dangerous."

"But Lumis said they wouldn't be today, except for me and Seraph. Plus, they work better as assasins."

"Right. Okay then.." and she also lapses in relative silence while making her way up. The extra grip on the soles of her boots certainly helps, but she's actually in pretty good shape anyway.

As the team reaches the top of the building, they see that the roof is indeed clear. Of course, it doesn't look terribly stable, but it is at least clear of skrulls.

Everything around them is devoid of activity, making it a ghost-town. That's a bit depressing, until one remembers that they are in the Danger Room, and there was no real reason to populate this simulation.

Turning to Ryan, he adds "How many people can you take at a time?"

Zoe nods, dropping the slick effect on her uniform so it'll be easier for Ryan to get a hold of her for the ferry ride. She looks over at the target building and rocks on her feet to try and burn off some nervous energy.

Zoe should qualify as lightest, or be the first runner up, so she moves up and grabs a hold.

Anita will discover that Will, at this size, has a near negligible weight.

"Just don't squeeze, will ya?"

"Well, this is convenient," Ryen remarked, taking each girl around the waist, then hopping down from the building they were on, fluttering his wings until he came to arest on a sturdy part of the roof near the door.

Zoe can't help but giggle at the flight, this being her first time in Ryan's arms The gritty realism of the scenario does kick back in though, and by the time they touchdown she's more serious.

"Let me know if you need me to slow down for a minute then, Will," Ryan said as they made their way over to the door. "All right... until further notice, this is the game plan. Will, you're going to be pulling up the rear, keeping yourself big enough and dense enough to be a breakwall against advances from the rear. Anita and I will take front and sides. Zoe, I want you to stay in the middle of us and play with the floors where you see the opportunities, keeping anyone off-balance that attacks us. You get to make sure no one gets away. Step up when you have the chance or as you're comfortable... No offense intended, I just haven't seen you fight yet, I don't want to push you out front until I have a better idea what you can do."

"I'll be fine; it's just hands suddenly being twice the size of bodies flips something in my brain for a second. No biggy" Will says, as his skin begins to fluctuate and ripple, settling on a metallic sheen.

"I'll get larger when there's something to block."

"No offense taken, sounds like a good plan to me." She coats her uniform with a slick effect again and steps lively, staying in a crouch as much as possible to make it easier to reach the floor.

Zoe nods and slips forward through the door, flattening herself on the wall to one side. She tilts her head and listens, nervously biting on her lower lip.

Three skrulls burst out of the door, charging out with crowbars in their hands.

Zoe finishes her crouch, planting one palm flat against the ground. Her power spreads out in a fan along the floor, turning the surface in front of the chargers into a slick surface.

The three skrulls go down in a rush, sliding out across the surface. Ryan's blast knocks one unconcious, and Zoe puts them all on the ground. Anita's shots hit joints, disabling those skrulls. Even though they aren't dead, the sim de-rezzes them.

"Good job, both of you. "Now... in we go."

Ryan peered around into the door, and assuming there weren't more skrulls, he'd lead the team down the stairs.

Zoe settles in to the middle position, looking around and staying as alert as she can. Her footfalls are quite light, even though stealth has already been abandoned with the reports of Anita's pistols.

The top floor that the team descends to is in really bad shape, with the flooring cracked and tilted in several places. It creaks alarmingly as Ryan steps on it, even as light as he is.
