Sept 10th: Morning

Camden was the first place Zach wanted decided to see with his free time before classes. A little annoyed at himself for not going earlier, he'd devote the next days to sight-seeing. Zach found himself in the middle of Camdenlock. He stopped by every single market stall or booth, surprised at the sheer amount of things one could buy here. Armed with a camera, he took a few shots of the place every now and then.

His goal was to hop on the Waterbus and just ride it for awhile but for now, some shopping was in order.

"Hm. That is a good idea. My room is pretty bare. Not to mention, whoever the guy is that's my roommate I've yet to come across yet. Perhaps he changed his mind about school here, or he parties twenty-four seven."

"I can only see awkward situations revolving around things like sex, porn, masturbation or a combination of the three." He picked up what appeared to be some sort of beaded necklace. He looked it over.

Walking over to the booth, he picks up a couple posters, considers them, and returns them.

''So, how are you liking London so far?''

He walked over to the booth as well. He dug around a bit and actually found two he liked. He paid the merchant then looked around for something else.

"Oh. London's fantastic so far. No complaints just yet around the area itself."

He chuckled. "Other than that, things are just fine."

''Well, I'm not sure the...whatever that attacked me should count as one of the fine people of London--and after we totally were awesome in the Mutant Town incidents, it seems that most people are off our backs--at least for now.

We'll see if that lasts, of course. We should be so lucky.''

"Yeah. Oh. I don't count is as the fine people of London. Just never dealt with anything like it until arriving here." He grinned.

"There was the change around. Hopefully, nothing occurs to make us lose their good graces." He moved over to another booth that seemed to have little water fountains for decoration, along with small figurines. "Speaking of the attack, no bad side effects from it right?"

"It will all be revealed soon enough I guess. If not, I may have to investigate this all myself." He picked up a dragon figurine. He sighed. "You know, I'm enjoying all the free time but it leaves me a little bored. Part of me wants classes to start already."

He was quiet for a second. "I don't know. There's two many things I want to do. I finally settled on my major being Biological Sciences. I was thinking psychology at one point as well. Maybe I'll end up changing. How about you?"

The way Will described himself got a few chuckles out of Zach. He smiled. "Are you really? What movie would that be? And if you're just starting out, any work is probably good work." He nodded.

"Your power would lend well to something like that, as cheesy as it is. What was so cheesy about the film though?"

"I actually mean I'm currently filming it...there's a guy down at Stanmore College who sent out a flier for 'freaks' to appear. Not really a huge deal, like, at all, but it pays, and it's something to put down

And I'm saying it's cheezy because I believe it may include every cliche from every monster movie ever made. Twice."

"Yep. Exactly. Just another thing to throw on your resume. So, do you have a role just as yourself plus all the different monsters?"

He winced when he heard that. "Oh dear. I thought that it a cool thing to avoid cliches as much as possible nowadays. Unless, having them all in there is apart of the movie maybe? It's more of a parody?" He asked, hoping there was some reason behind the movie.

"I would say it's a parody, but the 'director', and I use that in the least specific way physically possible, would disagree. I think, honestly, he should stick to his day job--he's one of the workers down at the London Eye, and I feel much more confident about him pushing a button than shooting a scene.

Ah well. At least I get my name in around down there, and the special effects will be great..."

He grinned. "So he's one of those types? Either way, you're getting paid and your name out there. As long as you're getting something out of it."

"I hope something works out. I can't remember if it's a bad thing to be a mutant in film back in the states or not. I can say they probably wouldn't be too happy condoning it unless they could hide you. Maybe you could get work here in Europe if you make it big."

"Well, putting "is a mutant" on your resume is very rarely a good thing, you know what I mean? I think it's a little better over here, but given the choice between a mutant and a normal dude, they'll take the norm, every time.

At least I don't have giant wings or something, at least normally."
