Rhiannon 'Aquarius' Nightridge

Name: Rhiannon 'Aquarius' Nightridge
Age: 18. October 31st.
Power: Current: Water is her plaything. She can manipulate it into different shapes and move it where she needs it. She can pull water in it's gaseous form out of the air and condense it into liquid.
If she has enough time to react, a blow that is coming towards her can be avoided by her body collapsing into water momentarily. She reforms, fully human and organic, the "puddle" can be controlled (shape movement but not divided). This is her defense mechanism.
As you may well know, if left to it's own defenses in a non-gravity affected enviroment, water will take on a spherical shape due to the molecular structure and the ionic bonds between molecules. This being said, Aquarius can keep seperate "drops" of water in their sphere shape even if they are moving or smashing/going through something. This takes immense concentration and control and is limited at present though under development.
She can boil liquids, manipulate the flow of water and transform into a humanoid water shape (though this is limited at present to short periods of time and she cannot isolate a single aspect of her body ie. hand).
Advanced ((Growth)): Eventually, Aquarius should be able to work/train/grow with her powers into the point where with the proper knowledge and control, she can utilize her water-manipulation to make herself lethal. Example being, her first manifestation of power, Aquarius made the water in her mother's blood boil to a degree ((212 F, 100 C)) making it evaporate so rapidly, that it looked like the rest of her blood ((RBCs, WBCs, and Platelets)) acutally dissolved through her pores like a fine powder.
I am also hoping that she can grow into controlling herself in puddle form, to the point where she can actually keep the water ((this is herself, not what she is manipulating)) in a humanoid shape, instead of puddling.
She cannot create H2O.
Personality: Rhiannon is the flip side (by nature) of her older sister Jayda, but she tries to act tough like her. Alone, she's open, sweet, and honest. In her sister's presence, she's quiet and rather awed with respect for Jayda; she hero worships her protective big sister. The one aspect she cannot and will not cover up is the fact that she loves to swim and be in the water.
Description: She's usually found wearing something casual and most of the time military issue. She dresses like her sister most of the time. Long auburn hair frames a lightly tanned face with a dusting of freckles over her nose and cheeks, and big hazel eyes sit above a small nose and high, proud cheekbones. Like her sister, she bears a dog tag round her neck belonging to their father. Always.

Background: For the first 3 years in her life, Rhiannon was a normal child with a normal happy family; Mom, Dad and her. One day, Dad brought in an older girl and said she was part of the family, her sister even. They were close for many years, and when their father died in a horrible accident, Rhiannon clung to Jayda even closer, even with the strange military men that always seemed to be hanging around.
She'd train, eat, and sleep with Jayda and do as she was bid. The hero worship earned Jayda nothing but hatred from Rhiannon's mother, Katherine. Katherine would always tell Rhiannon to stay away, that Jayda was a bad influence, that Jayda was responsible for her father's death, but Rhiannon never wavered. Sometimes at night, Rhiannon would crawl into Jayda's bed and curl up with her, only to discover the next morning, Jayda had some new bruise or cut somewhere. She'd always ask, and always get the same answer.
All her life, Rhiannon would have been called "Rhi" by Jayda. Her mother would shoot a dark glare across the room and stalk off. Rhiannon would hear strange bangings and slaps and shouts later, but would think nothing of it. One evening, when she was 16 and Jayda was 18, Rhiannon discovered her mother and a friend of hers hitting and punching Jayda in the alleyway out beside the house where the dumpsters were.
Rhiannon grew so angry and shrieked in rage at her mother, feeling her hand reach out and emit something towards her mother, and watched, horrified, as her mother's skin bubbled beneath the surface, the blood boiling out of her pores. Her friend took off, and was soon admitted into an insane asylum.
They covered up Rhiannon's "accident" for nearly a year and Rhiannon hasn't been able to replicate that intensity of power manifestation ever since, but she has discovered that she can manipulate water almost any which way, even making her body into water to dodge fatal blows, courtesy of her sister.
Jayda had managed to shake off the military men that usually hovered around them and gave them the choice of either prison or the school where they would be able to expand and grow their powers. Jayda brought Rhiannon with her to this college so she would have some sort of future without an arrest warrant hanging over her head for accidentally toasting her mother.
