Powers: Fitz is a mutant polyglot, having fluency in over 50 languages, along with the abilty to speak them with almost any accent. He can also teach language at an accelerated pace, taking a student from beginner to fluency in a single semester, with written language taking somewhat longer.
He can also imbue his words with an edge of command, making those that both hear him and understand the language spoken, compelled to obey.
Personality: On the exterior at least, Fitz is a large, jovial man, his passions for tailored suits and guurmet food both self evident. On the inside, he is the consumate professional operative, coldly calculating when needs be and not afraid to pull a trigger.
Physical Description: A touch over 6ft and standing roughly 250lbs in his socks, Fitz is an impressively sized man. Despite his girth, he's in good shape physically, working out regularly, though privately. He is rarely if ever seen wearing anything other than tailored suits, which he buys from Hong Kong, and handmade shirts.
Background: Fitz's talent for languages first came to light at school and was further developled at college. He was snapped up prior to graduation by a 3 letter egency, working first in the linguistics department, both as an analyst and to train agents. He has worked a number of roles in the agency since then, including going operational on a number of occassions. It was on one such mission, that went badly awry, that the secondry aspect of his mutation truly became evident. After successfully rescuing the operation, a battery of tests was done on Fitz, at which point it was discovered he was a mutant, something that had gone unknown to both himself and his employers. As a result, he has been granted a sabatical to work at the instiute, giving him the opportunity to fully grasp what he is capable of.
