Power: Intuitive engineering. Rob is able to engineer any device he puts his mind to. His only limitations are time and materials.

Rob’s understanding of how any of these devices work is limited to his actual knowledge. While he’s able to build and operate them, if they utilize technology beyond what he’s actually studied and learned he is completely incapable of explaining how they actually work.

In these cases, the devices can have unintended side effects due to Rob’s lack of understanding. For example, if Rob builds a machine to cure cancer, it might very well have side effects of horrible mutation or disfigurement that Rob is unaware of because he simply doesn’t understand how the machine works completely.

A side effect of his abilities is his ability to understand technology intuitively. While he may not be able to explain how an alien starship works, a glance is all that’s needed for him to be able to pilot it (if physically possible) or deconstruct it.

Description: Rob is a bit shorter then average, with wild brown hair and hazel eyes. He usually dresses in normal fashions (t-shirt and jeans) though he does have a thing for lab coats and goggles.

Background: Born to a loving family, Rob discovered his abilities in his late teens and was quickly identified and enrolled in Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters in New York.

Joining the student teams, Rob battled many ferocious enemies, proving himself as a force for good. He had a taste for adventure and as his high school career ended, he found himself enrolling in the newly opened London campus in order to continue fighting the good fight.

Then, one night, Dr. Tomorrow found him.

In all the universes, this Rob was the only one that could be considered “good”. Dr. Tomorrow had seen all matter of Rob’s, but this one was a curiosity worthy of study.

Dr. Tomorrow captured his double and stored him away, bringing him with him as his next jump took him to our universe.

Imprisoned during the events of Dr. Tomorrow’s evil plans, Rob was only recently found by X-Corp, hidden in a cell deep underneath M Industries...
