Power:
Crossfire's mutation is that she can generate energy projectiles. They originate from her chest and travel in glowing 'veins' along her body until they're released (usually from her hands). Once released the energy turns into a swarm of small explosive motes that somewhat home in on where she wants them to within her line of sight, although they can still be dodged. A single mote doesn't carry much force, maybe enough to produce a small burn like the tip of a cigarette, but the sheer number of projectiles she can produce can be devestating. With enough time she could probably work her way through stone with concentrated fire, but anything harder won't be affected beyond leaving a small scorchmark.
She can keep firing them for a good while, but eventually it tires her out and if she uses them extremely much she has to replenish her reserves before she can use them again. Once released she can't absorb them again and has to get rid of them. She can gather and hold on to them in her palm for a while, but after 5 minutes or so or if she gathers too many they grow unstable.
Personality:
Crossfire can have a bit of a temper, although it's not so bad that she flies off the handle often. She respects power and tends to think those born without it are somewhat worthless (although she does realize they're not entirely useless) That has the opposite effect of her being quick to accept someone who has more power than her as well though. Unlike some Genoshans however she doesn't think all of that lies in the hand you were dealt in the genetic lottery.
Description:
Short-ish brown hair, blue eyes, about 5'9
She's more than reasonably fit for her age and noticably muscular.
She tends to dress in tanktops and somewhat loose hanging jackets.
Background:
Like most Crossfire wasn't born in Genosha but rather fled there with her parents when she was about 5 years old. She still has an at least decent relationship with her parents and is currently studying Civil Engineering. She's hoping to make it into the Accolytes but so far hasn't managed to make it unto the radar on anyone important enough yet.
Political Affiliation:
Perhaps somewhat surprisingly sympathizes with the GeNDA, although she isn't actually part of it. It just touches on some topics that she thinks couldn't hurt while her biggest gripe is the 'lobbying' going on in the already democratic branches of the government.
