Issue 1 Downtime

Haley led Paul into her room and twirled around to show the room, "And here's my room," she gestured. "Nothin much, but its home.

"Well, it's where the cool kids hang out, at least," he said, grinning. "Well, one of 'em at least. And she's pretty damn cool."

"Well I'm glad there's finally SOMEONE here who recognizes how fuckimg awesome I am," she chuckled.

"Well hey, how many other people will spend lunch putting blatantly dirty thoughts in your head," he teased, poking her in the side.

"I did no such thing, pervert," she smirked. "Not my fault that I'm hot and you're a perv,"

"Nah, I can't be a perv. You're too smart to hang out with pervs, so I must be okay," he said with a grin.

"Still a perv. You'd totally know if I was putting things in your head."she smirked mischievously.

Like now, for instance.

"Mmmm, I don't know, that's a lot like what you were putting in my head at lunch," he teased. "So do I get to come hang out with the cool kid, or is this where you tell me to get lost and go unpack?"

"Dude, if I wanted you to go unpack boxes I would have ditched you a half hour ago," she smirked.

"So what do you wanna do?"

He shrugged, flopping over onto the chair by her bed. "Hey, this is your territory, you're the one who knows what's good to do," he joked.

"Movie, video game, tonsil hockey....whatever, man, she smirked.

He grinned, snagging her wrist and pulling her around so she landed in his lap. "Maybe not in that order?"

"Guess you were paying attention," she grinned, up righting herself on his lap and straddling him, resting her arms on his shoulders, not wanting to make the first move.

He smirked. "Oh, so that was a test and not a real offer?" he teased, sliding his hands over her hips to the small of her back, but not pulling her in closer just yet.

"I dunno...was it?" she grinned,

"Mmmm... well, I'm going to go with..." Instead of finishing the sentence, he just pulled her forward in his lap and kissed her.

And she would be able to tell that this was completely his idea and not the result of any mental fuckery on her part.

Haley returned the kiss enthusiastically...though a voice in the back of her head kept reminding her that this wasn't Alex, and that she should probably not be doing this.

If Paul was entertaining any such thoughts of 'shouldn't,' it certainly didn't show. She was a hot girl, and he was going to completely enjoy kissing her. Even if he didn't seem inclined to start doing more than that. This time.

Haley was a pretty good kisser, and with some effort, even managed to flick off the light in her room with her TK, leaving them in the dim light of her laptop's screensaver. While she didn't make any further moves consciously, her mind raced to some interesting places and unintentionally brought Paul along for the ride.
