One apartment had been set aside for visiting X-Men to use. It was stocked modestly, but well, with a small kitchen, a living area with a few sofas and chairs, an inexpensive (but sufficient) entertainment center, and two desks against one wall with computers. The fridge would only have what was left in it by the previous occupants (which in this case meant 'nothing,') but a bi-weekly stipend was left for groceries.
The apartment had two bedrooms, each with a couple inexpensive dressers and standard-issue university beds. There was one bathroom shared by all four of them, with standard apartment setup (though perhaps made a bit more durably than most buildings, as was most of the apartment).
