Alex walked along the grounds, resisting the urge to turn around. "Well that was dumb," he grumbled. "Everyone was in that one group. Might as well have just kissed Captain Pineapple to end it and not be walking along by myself like a moron."

To anyone other than him, the way that Alex jumped in surprise, clumsily spinning and tripping over his own leg in the process to fall on his ass, was probably extremely hillarious. To him, it was just one more embarassing thing. "What the hell?"

"Right," Alex said, catching his breath. "Invisible people. Should've seen that one coming." He chuckled a little. "God, I suck at being at this place," he sighed as he started pushing himself up.
