May 30th: Brassworks

Postby Gideon Rede » Thu Jun 02, 2011 9:56 pm

Gideon stepped up to the door of Bobby's apartment holding the box he'd gotten from the bakery.

We're here as I'm sure you already know.

There was a small puff and swirl of darkness that materialized, flowing into the lock and releasing the catch. In addition, a haze had been obscuring Gideon since he began his approach.

Gideon walked over to the kitchen table, and placed the box on top of it.

Should we leave a note? Or is the pastry itself the message?

Put some presentation into it. Don't be completely useless.

Gid's attention would be drawn to a cake plate sitting in a glass cabinet.

As you wish Mindshadow...

Gideon opened the box, and removed the pastry. He then proceeded to set spots for each of the original Bowens. He then served them each a piece of the pastry.

One for each of them including the missing one.

He still head the knife he'd been using to cut the cake, trying to decide if he should leave it in the final slice of pastry or not.

On the edge of the cake tray. And the presentation is adequate. take the cake box, wipe down any fingerprints and footprints, and exit as you entered.

After putting the knife on the cake tray Gideon took a cloth out of his pocket, and began cleaning all of the surfaces he'd touched. He was thorough to avoid leaving any evidence behind. It did take longer, but time was on his side for the moment.

Next time I'm bringing gloves, and shoe covers.

He thought as he retraced his steps cleaning as he went with a second different cloth, and closed the door behind him.
