Nina's Room - An Unlikely Visitor

[Zero]

Nina's mother and father were gone for the day and Nina's room was currently empty for a brief moment. The lights had been dimmed and Nina was sleeping soundly.

Quietly, Zero walked into the room, walking over to Nina's side and staring at her with an unreadable expression.

Nina was sound asleep, giving no indication that she had heard Zero enter.

[Zero]

Zero cocks her head, listening for anyone. Carefully he creeps up to the side of Nina's bed and looks down on the girl, studying her.

As Zero approaches, Nina's eyes flutter open a little bit.

"Red..." Nina says glancing in Zero's direction, her eyes a bit glazed and groggy looking, "I...can't. I fell down?"

Nina begins to look a bit panicked, her vital signs starting to reflect it on the monitors. She tries to move her hands but is held tight by the restraints.

"Get away!" Nina screams suddenly, struggling against her restraints.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Whats going on?" Rachel said, hurrying into the room when she heard the screaming.

[Zero]

Zero shrugs as a nurse rushes in and gives Nina a sedative. Amidst the commotion, Zero backs out of the room.

"What were you doing in there?" Rachel said to Zero.

[Zero]

"Nothing that concerns you," Zero says, a bitter tone to her voice.

Zero began to walk away from Rachel.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Since Nina is my friend, I'd disagree with that." Rachel replied "Now, what were you doing?"

[Zero]

"Thinking of putting her out of her misery," Zero says in a sarcastic tone.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"I'm going to assume that is a joke." Rachel said sourly "Now, why were you there?"

[Zero]

Zero looks Rachel right in the eyes, "I was visiting her."

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Why?"

[Zero]

"Do I really need a reason?" Zero asks looking annoyed, "Can't I just come see a sick classmate?"

[Jessica Temple]

Jess came hurrying down the corridor having been held up after class and being 'late' for her visit with Nina.

Seeing Zero and Rachel outside the room, she slowed her approach, worried about what might be going on.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"She didn't seem to like you being there." Rachel pointed out.

[Zero]

"Yeah, I wonder why that is," Zero says a bit dryly.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"I was wondering the same thing."

[Zero]

"I'd say the brain damage would have something to do with it," Zero says, rolling his eyes, "Oh, and the fact that I posted videos of her fucking online."

"Are we done?"

[Rachel O'Brien]

"As long as you leave her alone, yes."

[Zero]

"Your wish is my command," Zero says, with an exaggerated bow before strolling away.
