Exodus entered the bar, dressed rather casually as opposed to his usual adornment. A well-tailored black suit and dark glasses.

Glancing around the room for a moment, he walked over to a lone table and took a seat.

Once the new patron was settled, Rachel headed over to his table. "What can I get for you?" she asked with a professional smile.

"A glass of wine, my dear," Exodus says, reaching into the bartenders mind gently for a moment, "You have a bottle of Clos Apalta 2005. It will have to do."

Ryan, as usual, found himself heading down for a beer after his homework was done. Eyeing Exodus warily as he entered, he nevertheless headed up to the bar, nodding to Mac for his usual.

"Of course." Rachel said a bit stiffly and went to the bar to get his drink. Although Rachel was shielding heavily, almost enough that the degree of shielding alone was rude, it didn't take telepathy to get that she was not pleased about his presence.

Exodus takes his sunglasses off and sets them on the table as he waits quietly for his drink.

"Here you go." Rachel said she set the drink in front of him, not even bothering with her 'waitress smile'.

Exodus smiles just slightly, "You're not exactly pleased with my presence here."

It was not phrased as a question.

Exodus takes a sip from his glass.

Bear enters, joining Ryan for his after homework celebration.

Taking a seat, she orders a sweet, fruity concoction from whoever comes around.

Ryan caught Rachel's eye as she walked away from the table, and mouthed 'you ok?'.

Bear looked at Exodus with trepidation.. there was a palpable aura of rage and swift retribution around him.

There was no way she was going to hug him, that was for sure.

Exodus just looks amused at the exchange between Ryan and Rachel. He watches the two carefully.

Ryan's attention turned to the door and he smiled as Bear entered. "Hey, Sunshine," he said, pointedly not looking at Exodus.

Bear quickly kissed Ryan and took a seat facing away from Exodus.

"Hey, Flyboy.." she replied, slightly distracted.

Ryan squeezed Bear's hand as she sat down, but his attention was pulled to the door as he heard Sam enter. Oh, this is going to be good...

Exodus gestures to an empty seat, "Sit with me."

Byrna's eye were likewise drawn to Sam's entrance, returning Ryan's squeeze. She smiled with relief.

Ms. McManus had apparently chosen a cocktail dress for the night, as she made her way over to Exodus' table.

"If you're telling me you're fresh out of fire and passion, you'll pardon my skepticism."

She took a seat.

Exodus chuckles, "The anger of an old man with a cause is quite a different thing from the pure focus of the unburdened young mind."

"Take the angelic boy over there. If I didn't believe you trained your students to have more sense, I'd assume him to be looking for an excuse to attack my person."

Exodus smiles lightly, looking amused at the idea.

"Here you are, Ms. McManus." Rachel said, setting the glass in front of her. "And Mr. Bennet, don't try it." she said with deliberate calmness, jerking her head slightly in Ryan's direction.

"And fewer are pleased with my presence," Exodus says, "It hardly matters. I came at my Lord's urgings. He wanted me to come an see the next generation of the children of Xavier."

Exodus laughs at Rachel, "My god, Morrigan, what kind of monster do you make me out to be? Do they really think that I would attack a child for...what? Insults?"
