"I can't confirm or deny that at the moment" Rachel replied "But I am off work in fifteen." she added, smirking a little

After enjoying some of the monster munch and colada, Bear paid for her portion, and excused herself for Veronica, heading to her room to get ready for the party in mutant town.

Veronica waved goodbye and worked on her own drink, sipping happily. She knew about the party in Mutant Town but decided that it sounded like a little too much excitement for her. She didn't know the city well enough if she got lost, among other reasons.

[Ryan Gabriel]

Ryan smirked at her answer. "Yes, confirmation could always wait."

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Yes it can." Rachel said, heading off to do what she needed to get done before the shift ended.

Ryan, in the meantime, took a few moments to check a few e-mails on his phone, tapping out quick replies.

"Ok, I'm done." Rachel said, walking back a few mintues later.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"I'd ask if you want a drink before we head out, but you probably just want as much distance between you and here as you can get," Ryan said, pocketing his phone.

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Yeah, I don't feel like hanging out here tonight. But I wouldn't say no to a drink. If only I knew someone who had some vodka in his room." Rachel teased.

[Ryan Gabriel]

"You know, if you keep taking my suggestions before I can say them, people are going to start saying I'm predictable," Ryan chuckled, sliding off the stool to join her. "After you."

[Rachel O'Brien]

"Well, I am a telepath." Rachel said with a smirk as they headed to the door.
