Cassiel's Office-Issue 1 downtime

Jubilee wasn't uncertain about her feelings, just about how Cassiel would react to them, and she was a bit concerned, about how quickly and how hard she was falling for him.

"This is the first time you've done anything like this with a telepath, isn't it," Cassiel said lightly.

[Jubilation Lee]

"Yeah." she admitted, looking a bit embarrassed "So...am I silly for not talking about it, or for thinking you don't already know?"

[Michael Asters]

"No. Generally, I don't look. I try to give you as much privacy as I can. But at the same time, you've felt my mind, and I've felt yours, on a very primal level where there's no room for deception. And while no, it doesn't make me certain about anything, I'm not *afraid* of the possibilities."

[Jubilation Lee]

"I'm glad to hear it...becuse, I'm not afraid either. The opposite, in fact." smiling a little she whispered "I think I love you, Cass."

[Michael Asters]

He smiled back at her, echoing her just for the sake of the effect, rather than because he was uncertain. "And I think I love you too, Jubilee," he said.

[Jubilation Lee]

"In fact, I'm sure I love you." she whispered, kissing him gently.

[Michael Asters]

"And I'm positive that I love you," he whispered back, kissing her in return.

[Jubilation Lee]

"So" she said, quietly "Where do we go from here?"

[Michael Asters]

"In the short term? Back to one of our places, either for or after dinner," he answered. "In the long term? I think we both know what end result we both would like. We just move there at a pace that's comfortable for us both."

[Jubilation Lee]

"That sounds like an excellent idea." Jubilee replied "If we're going out, I need to change."

[Michael Asters]

He gave her a curious look. "You do? Why?" he asked, doing his best not to grin.

[Jubilation Lee]

"Sorry, but exhibitionism isn't one of my kinks." Jubilee replied with a smirk "I'd rather not have your students know that you like naughty school girls."

[Michael Asters]

"We haven't gotten a chance to go out lately... hell, we haven't been able to go anywhere nice at all in the past month. I think we're overdue, don't you?" he mused.

[Jubilation Lee]

"That sounds like a wonderful idea." Jubilee said, smiling at him.

[Michael Asters]

Slowly, a piece at a time, her clothing began re-sorting itself. "Then I suppose we should get you by your place before we're showing the whole city things that only I get to see," he joked, kissing her lightly behind the ear.

[Jubilation Lee]

"I've got a clean training suit in my office." Jubilee sighing happily "I'll put that on, and then we can go back to my place. Unless you can just arrange it so that no one notices us."

[Michael Asters]

"Of course I can, but whichever way makes you feel better," he said, shrugging. "We could go out naked and no one would notice if I didn't want them to. Well, except anyone watching the security camera footage, I suppose."

[Jubilation Lee]

"And Logan is still nominally in charge of security, so I think we should stay like this and fly back to my place." Jubilee said with a little smirk.
