"Oh yea, no problem." she says, clearly just trying to play it off and she is, in fact, not particularly okay with it.

"I shouldn't be mad, so I'm not. You found someone new and that's great." she says flatly. She seems to think that this is the 'mature' way to deal with this.

"But you don't really sound happy. What's wrong?"

"I dunno. It just feels bad. Like you found somebody who's better than me and, like, more awesome and more mature and taller and everything..."

"The majority of the world is shorter than Murphy," she said with a smile. "And you've got Miranda. I mean, dating the Headmistress' daughter. You've hit the big time, Kay."

"It's not like that. I'm not jealous. At least not that way... I dunno."

"I guess? You're just... growing up faster than me it feels. I dunno, it's stupid."

"Victim of circumstances, I guess, and not something I would wish on you."

"That wasn't what I meant. I just meant that there's a lot of different stuff that you suddenly *have* to do."

"Yeah. And you're hanging out with the cool people. And it's not fair for me to be upset about that, so I'm not." she says, clearly upset about that.

"And we'll do a movie night soon. Take over the common room with popcorn and the rest of the girls and some cheesy movie." Theresa might have been trying a little too hard.
