Issue 1 Downtime

Belle pummeled into the quiet room in her Jimmy Choo heels and matching black tube dress that would be considered to sexy to study in by normal people. This was her first time covering for a professor but I guess no one at the time was able to cover the period on such short notice but it was only study hall mixed with some detention and any trained Boarder Collie could watch brats, right?

Sidney walks in wearing her usual torn jeans and crappy leather jacket outfit walks over to the back row and slides/throws her backpack into the corner before sitting down.

"Sup."

Sup?

Belle turned to greet the children, "Hola, soy Belle and I'll be supervising this period. Professor...Whatever Their Name Is wasn't able to make it so I'm here." Belle locked eyes with the fashion wrecked teen, "Mija please fill up the front desks."

"Uh-huh. Good luck with that." she says and puts her feet up on her table.

Leering at the student Belle asked, "What is your name again?"

"Mickey Bliss." she answers without really paying much attention.

Belle lifts up a list of all students that should be present during the period and scanned the names, "Mickey Bliss...Mickey Bliss.."

She lowers the paper from her face, "Don't fuck with me."

"Name."

Sidney snorts out suppressed laughter when Belle repeats her fake name a couple times.

"Sid Young."

Unaware that she was the butt of the joke she replied, "Anyone who told you to be yourself couldn't have given you worse advice." Belle marked Sid's name off the list and attempted to do a roll call.

"Oh people tell me they hope I'll grow out of being me all the time. We waiting for anybody else or can I go to sleep yet?"

Haley sat in the back of the class "doing her homework" on her laptop.

Mostly she was sending messages to cal and various other friends, but that research paper was on its own desktop and ready to be worked on ANNNNY day now.

After roll was called, Brigid gave a brief look to Sid. Then, she held up a rubber eraser just high enough to emphasize it, but not over the shoulders of who was in front of her.

She looked back to the front and waited for Belle to turn her back.
