Issue 1 Downtime

Guy led his date for the evening into the carpark, having been incredibly vague about his mode of transportation.

Not knowing exactly what was the plan for the night Belle just threw something simple on. She kept her arm intertwined with Guy's as she admired all the different cars in the structure.

"So which one is yours?"

He smirked, but said nothing as he walked. Eventually, however, he stopped near Professor Sackville's Trabant... before turning and pointing at the sleek, black Aston Martin next to it.

As they walked she couldn't help but giggle at how pathetic the Trabant looked but then she was puzzled, I wonder if he temporarily misplaced his car or if he is going to 'borrow' a car?

"Oh your car is rather fetching!"

"Just fetching?" he asked, smirking as he unlocked the Aston Martin.

Belle gave Guy a genuine smile as she waited for Guy to open the door for her.

"It's a beautiful car and a beautiful color. It's also expensive so either you are 'borrowing' this car or you sir are rich."

"Obscenely," he smirked as he opened the door for her.

"Only the best cars are," she said as she flashed him a smile and sat down slowly bringing in her legs into the car making sure Guy noticed them. She buckled up, for safety, and waited with her cute matching clutch in her lap.

"None of the other cars here are worth stealing anyway," he smirked playfully after sitting, "Except Valentine's, but I'd be crazy to even try."

"Some people can't help their unfortunate birth circumstances. I myself only come from a modest background of a Police Chief's and tequila plantation owner's daughter."

"It's more that I'm fortunate," he said with rare modesty.

"I feel fortunate myself for many reasons," Belle replied as she looked outside the window.

It's been a while since I've been in such a nice car. Not to mention an attractive English man with nice teeth and an accent I can understand.

Belle looked back at Guy, "So Don Guy where are you taking us these evening? I know it's not a Red Lobster because this car would be snatched if you were to park in one of those neighborhoods."

"Oh you'll see," he smiled, eyes twinkling as he started the engine.

Belle sat there enjoying the moment with her legs crossed quietly wondering where they were heading. She admired Guy's eyes from time to time during the drive.
