I12DT: A Shadow in the Garden

Emily kneels down, staring seriously at Will.

"...You seem as if you'd be a tough nut to crack."

[Will Stanton]

"I wouldn't recommend trying it, no."

[Emily Inque]

Emily just stares. She looks like she really wants to try it.

[Will Stanton]

"You've got that look in your eyes again. You'll just hurt your hand, you know."

[Emily Inque]

Emily picks Will up....

...and pops him into her mouth, holding the nut between her teeth.

[Will Stanton]

"Gah!" Will said, now more or less stuck--shifting back could, potentially, seriously injure Emily.

"My, what...what big teeth you have here, Emily."

[Emily Inque]

"Mrrff," Emily says. She spits Will out.

[Will Stanton]

Will shifted back as he rocketed towards the ground, bouncing a good foot in the air.

"...do you, like, EVER brush your teeth?"

[Emily Inque]

Emily wipes her mouth, "I did not enjoy that either. You taste disgusting."

[Will Stanton]

"It's a defense mechanism. You've got to be really close to me to get, like, rich creamy chocolate."

[Emily Inque]

"I do not know what that is."

[Will Stanton]

"What, chocolate?"

[Emily Inque]

"Yes." Emily says.

[Will Stanton]

"Well, shit. We got to correct THAT right away. You free?"

[Emily Inque]

"I was never a slave."

[Will Stanton]

"No, I meant, are you busy? Do you have time to go get some chocolate?"

[Emily Inque]

"I have no plans at the moment," Emily says.

[Will Stanton]

"Then let's go get you some chocolate. The mess hall makes a passable chocolate cake."

[Emily Inque]

Emily nods, "It is a date then."

"Do not try anything. I am not that kind of girl."

[Will Stanton]

"I'm married, have a kid, and was just about to be crushed between your teeth. I'm not that kind of guy.

Let's get some cake in you," Will said, heading up to his normal size.

[Emily Inque]

As Will leads the way, Emily skips along next to him, singing in Chinese the entire way.
