Power: Cecil has an form of telekinesis that only extends about an inch from his body. One of the things he has learned to do with this power is to “walk on air”. In addition he can sit, lie down, or support himself in almost any way on otherwise empty space. One other think he has learned to do is how to create an armor field around himself that can even stop bullets.
Personality: Cecil is very outgoing and tends to show off. While he is friendly, he seems to be very in it for the moment and isn't very reliable. This isn't out of malice or even not caring, its usually him forgetting or becoming distracted.
Description: Cecil has fair skin, short brown hair and blue eyes. His everyday clothes seem to be subdued and rather casual,but when dressing up however he tends to go for a far more bright and flashy look. He is just under six feet tall and has a rather slender but muscular build.
Background: Cecil grew up rather poor in a small town near Liverpool, England. After discovering his powers he initially used them to perform. He eventually got involved with a performance troop which toured at various places in Europe. After some disagreements with the management, who he thinks is taking too big a cut and not paying him enough, he left. He then took some of the money he saved had and enrolled at Xavier's with intention of becoming an X-man.
