Issue 1 Downtime

Sergei had a daughter with his now-ex-wife. She is now roughly XI age. After the divorce, he visited often at first but neglected visitations more and more as his career got more demanding. He's not a bad father per se, just one who got lost in a demanding profession and lost connection.

If anyone is interested in making a student who has resentment issues with a mostly-absent cop father, I think I'd enjoy the drama that could create.

Fair Notice: Plot stuff may well come up that would directly affect such a character.
