Issue 1 Downtime

Miranda was putting a couple of wrapped packages under the tree in Nailah and Sam's apartment, making sure they were in good places. She was also being extra careful to make sure that her wings didn't take the tree out.

Miranda looked at the door and, while walking towards it, tried to see who was on the other side. The psy-shielding in the apartment prevented that though. "Who is it?"

Will hesitated at the threshhold.

"You're sure your parents aren't home?"

"Pretty sure," she said. "Why?" Her tone was a little suspicious.

"I just...maybe I should come back?" he said, nervously. "I don't want to disturb Her stuff or anything."

She tilted her head, "I don't think there's anything here to disturb and I am confident enough in my place here to give you permission to enter. I'm not entirely sure I understand why you're hesitant." Her wings rustled.
